Description
Hill International is seeking a Site Administrator with experience in contract administration and document controls. The role will be based in Burnsville, Mississippi.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Supervision of documentation regarding quality control and factory acceptance of SMS' equipment;
-Supervision of documentation regarding transport, delivery and taking over of SMS' equipment;
- Execution and documentation of Open Package Inspections (OPI)
- Supervision and if needed initiating of Nonconformity-Reports (NCRs) and rectification procedures with regards to the above items;
- Documentation and supervision of the storage of SMS' equipment by the client, checking against SMS' requirements and if needed initiating of Notice of Concerns (NoCs) or NCRs;
-Documentation of the erection of SMS' equipment (as-built-documentation), crosschecking with SMS' requirements and if needed initiating of NoCs or NCRs, thus supporting SMS' supervisor team.
-Supervision of maintaining the separation of responsibilities with regards to supervision of erection and commissioning (SMS) and ,,erection and commissioning (client) to prevent future unjustified claims to recourse by the client;
- Supervision of the client's Programme of Works and the client's deliverables and initiating of NoCs and NCRs if needed;
- Documentation and supervision of the preconditions for commissioning, e.g.:
O Completion of Erection Certificate (CEC),
o Professionalism of the client's personnel,
o Quantity and quality of the client's consumables and materials (water, power etc.),
oFurther preconditions as per contractual documents;
? Documentation of the commissioning and initiating Incident Reports if needed and generating of weekly/monthly reports to the client out of the Incident Reports including proposals for optimization of the commissioning activities;
? Documentation and supervision of the preconditions for the Performance Tests and initiating NoCs and NCRs if needed;
? Documentation of the Performance Tests and generating of Incident Reports, NoCs and NCRs if needed;
? Generating / collating of the final documentation of the Performance Tests to receive FAC;
? Initiating and maintaining of claims to the client and the suppliers, inter alia based on the above matters;
? Supervision of the documentation of additional works / hindrances and description / presentation of respective time and cost impacts;
? Preparation and follow-up of claim-reports containing history of events, contractual entitlement and time and cost impacts per claim;
? Preparation of monthly reports addressed to the Project Management regarding NCR and Claim status;
? Registration and analysis of passive claims and initiating and supervision of time and cost evaluations of respective claims;
? Preparation of respective correspondence for the above matters for submission by Project Management;
? Further documentation to facilitate and support the above tasks, like minutes of meetings with the client or suppliers.
The job does not imply direct technical or commercial responsibility but it implies responsibility for the completeness of respective documentation to establish and maintain contractual entitlements, including demanding and supervision of the execution of necessary activities of members of the project team.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
